Well, Nintendo’s no stranger to their games leaking prior to their release, as it actually happened with Pokémon Scarlet and Violet last year. Unfortunately, one of this year’s victims is Super Mario RPG, which has been confirmed by OatmealDome to have leaked in full online.
Interestingly, the game runs on a version of the Unity game engine from December 2022, and was internally codenamed “Stella.”
Like OatmealDome, we’d recommend muting keywords on social media or avoiding Reddit for the time being if you’d like to not have any spoilers (or want to go in as blind as possible after 30 years!)
