Three Most Recent Labor Complaints Filed Against Nintendo of America Have Been Withdrawn

As GoNintendo reported (via Game File), three complaints filed with the National Labor Relations Board in the United States have been withdrawn. We can confirm through NLRB filings that all three of the most recent complaints (one of which was filed all the way back in July 2025) were withdrawn by their filers' on 21st January, 2026. It is unclear why the complaints were withdrawn.

The complaints as filed contained allegations that Nintendo and third-party vendor Teksystems, Inc. (as joint employers) violated sections 8(a)(1) "Concerted Activities (Retaliation, Discharge, Discipline)" and 8(a)(4) "Discharge (including Layoff and Refusal to Hire)" of the National Labor Relations Act of 1935.

As of writing, Nintendo of America nor Teksystems, Inc. have not commented on this story to any publication, including us.
